The house benefits from a large open plan kitchen/lounge area equipped with a comfortable seating area, a large SMART TV with Netflix Amazon Prime and plenty of space to sit down and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook a variety of meals whilst away in Kenilworth. There is an electric hob, an oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar.
A back door is located in this room and opens out into a generous garden space with a BBQ and original well. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Utility facilities are also available including a drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
DINING AREAS:
A spacious dining room with a cocktail cupboard sits next to the kitchen. The table seats 6.
LOUNGE SPACES:
There are two cosy, tastefully decorated reception rooms with original period fireplaces to relax.

While the garden is in the town centre, it's a quiet, peaceful space. It has a large patio area that can be use for extra vehicles if required.

Driveway parking is offered at the property, with enough space for one vehicle. There is also large patio area that can be use for extra vehicles if required as well as the option for longstay guests to be added on to the on-street parking permit.
